In Villa Marchese de Fabris the first edition opens the doors to…
It’s December 1, and the magic of Christmas is already in the air.
The doors of marvelous Villa de Fabris in Begliano (GO) open wide to welcome the first edition of “A Corte dei Creativi,” a unique event celebrating the excellence and creativity of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
It only opened for one day, yet it was able to bring together more than twenty extraordinary craftsmen and women, able to give emotions through their talent and passion. Among the Christmas-like scents of artisanal panettones with surprising flavors, almond cookies that evoke sweet memories Southern Italy, golden honey that is the result of love for nature, and a santonego gin that tastes of sea and land, I find myself immersed in a unique sensory journey.
Yet, it’s not just taste that takes the center stage. The rooms of the Villa are transformed into a stage of creativity and beauty: artisans who shape wood as if it were silk, mosaic masters who bring back ancient traditions, accessory and clothing designers who tell stories with each of their creations. And then I found the image consulting proposals that unveil the best in each of us and aesthetics proposals to take care of yourself, architects who bring feng shui into our homes, and travel agencies ready to make us dream of faraway destinations.
Every corner has its own world to discover. Every encounter makes you smile.
Between a “Hello!” and a “How nice to see you again!” I let myself be carried away by the contagious energy of the people who have filled the halls of the villa since morning. There was an unstoppable stream of visitors, slowing down only at lunchtime and then resuming with new vitality in the afternoon. The warmth of the public warms the hearts of the exhibitors, but especially those of Fabiana of StilAmour and Matilda of Consulenze Preziose, the tireless planners of this first edition.
Fabiana and Matilda, their eyes full of emotion and gratitude, are mesmerized by the incredible success of an event born from the desire to enhance the passion of those who promote their art and work with love and dedication. Friuli Venezia Giulia once again proves to be an area rich in stories to be told and talents to be discovered.
As the lights go out on this first edition, the creative minds of Fabiana and Matilda are already working on the next one: new ideas, new talents, and new dreams to be realized. “A Corte dei Creativi” promises to become a fixture, an event that will make hearts beat faster and ignite the imagination of many.
Personally, I was captivated by the magic of this day.
The impeccable organization, the warm welcome, and the beauty of the location – a villa I had never visited before, which gave me unforgettable glimpses of a late autumn – amazed me. The leaves slightly shaken by the wind, the warm colors of nature, and the authentic atmosphere of sharing reminded me how precious it is to stop, if only for a moment, to enjoy what our area has to offer.
